The winners of the top global customer service and sales awards will be honored at a ceremony in New York

Fairfax, Virginia, March 7, 2025 / PRNewswire / – The winners of the 19th annual Stevie® Sales and Customer Service Awards, renowned worldwide and praised as the top awards in the customer service and sales industry, have been announced. The 2025 Stevie® Sales and Customer Service Award winners have been announced. This year’s competition received over 2,100 nominations from 45 countries and regions, covering institutions of all types and sizes in all industries. The Stevie winners were determined by the average scores of over 170 professionals in seven professional judging panels around the world.

The awards ceremony will be held at a grand dinner at the Marriott Marquis hotel in New York City on Thursday, April 10th. Tickets are now on sale.

This year’s competition received over 2,100 nominations from 45 countries and regions, covering institutions of all types and sizes in all industries. The winners were determined by the average scores of over 170 professionals in seven professional judging panels around the world. The categories for the competition include over 60 awards for customer service and customer contact center achievements, including “Best Customer Contact Center of the Year”, “Customer Service Innovation Award”, and “Best Customer Service Department of the Year”; 60 sales and business development achievement awards, including “Senior Sales Executive of the Year”, “Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year”, and “Sales Department of the Year”; as well as multiple categories aimed at recognizing new products, services, and solution providers.

DHL Global (DP DHL) was the big winner of this year’s Stevie Awards, taking home 39 gold, silver, and bronze awards.

(Santa Clara, California, 9 awards), Intuit Canada (Toronto, Ontario, 9 awards), Blackhawk Network (Pleasanton, California, 8 awards), GoHealth (Chicago, Illinois, 8 awards), Tata Consultancy Services (global, 8 awards), Element TV Company, LP (Whitinsville, South Carolina, 6 awards), Intuit Mailchimp (Atlanta, Georgia, 6 awards), Mplus (Zagreb, Croatia, 6 awards), and Nutun (Johannesburg, South Africa, 6 awards).

The winner of the special award – the “Sales Partnership Sales Ethics Award” – will be announced in early April. The deadline for nominations for this award is March 21st, and it aims to recognize institutions that adhere to the highest ethical standards and their outstanding achievements in the sales industry.

The winners for the five Grand Stevie Awards (the institutions that received the most awards in this year’s competition) will be announced during the week of March 17th.

The Stevie Awards welcome nominations from institutions globally and can submit unlimited nominations in categories such as sales, customer service, solution providers, business development, solutions and implementations, and thought leadership.
